🟢 Green Circle¶
New to AI-assisted building. You've never built software, or you've only used chat UIs like Claude.ai. This track takes you from zero to a deployed, data-driven web application — built entirely through conversation with AI.
🟦 Blue Square¶
Some experience with AI coding tools. You've used AI for coding but at a basic level. This track levels you up from prompting to professional delegation — user stories, skills, automated testing, parallel workstreams.
♦ Black Diamond¶
Experienced practitioner. You're comfortable directing AI tools and ready for systems-level thinking. Build a multi-zone forecast intelligence platform with eval harnesses, structured logging, and autonomous pipelines.
♦♦ Double Black Diamond¶
Systems thinker and leader. You're designing platforms that span teams and organizations. Build a multi-center operations platform, shared skill libraries, self-healing CI/CD, and make the case for organizational adoption.
Teams of four, one deliverable per team. Each run builds on the last. By the end, your team ships a single demoable system.
