Reflection 1

A facilitation guide for the team debrief following Run 1. These questions are designed to spark discussion — not every question needs to be covered. Pick the ones that resonate with what you observed during the run.

What You Built

  • Walk us through your field guide. What's the piece you're most proud of? What made it work?
  • Did anything AI generated surprise you — either better than expected or completely off the mark?
  • Where did you spend the most time: getting a first version out, or refining it into something you were happy with?

What You Practiced

  • How did the Three Pillars (Scope, Intent, Structure) show up in your prompting? Can you point to a specific moment where being more specific made a noticeable difference in what you got back?
  • Did you write user stories with acceptance criteria, or did you find yourself falling back to plain English? What was the difference in the results?
  • How many times did you go through the Explore → Plan → Implement → Verify cycle? Did the verify step ever catch something you would have missed by just glancing at the output?
  • During the run, did AI's variation — giving you different answers each time — ever work in your favor? Was there a moment where it got in the way? How did being more specific in your prompts change how much variation you saw?

How You Worked

  • How did your team organize? Did everyone gather around one screen, or did you try different approaches? What would you do differently next time?
  • Was there a moment where a teammate's suggestion changed the direction of what you were building?

Looking Ahead

  • Your field guide lives inside a chat tool right now — you can see it, but nobody else can. The data is made up, the weather isn't real, and if you close the window, it's gone. What's the first thing you'd want to change about that?
