Reflection 2¶
A facilitation guide for the team debrief following Run 2. These questions are designed to spark discussion — not every question needs to be covered. Pick the ones that resonate with what you observed during the run.
What You Built¶
- What was the moment real data first showed up in your field guide? What did that feel like compared to any hardcoded data from Run 1?
- What's the feature you're most proud of right now? Is it something from the baseline, or did your team go in an unexpected direction?
- Did anything break when you connected to real data that worked fine when it was hardcoded? What did you learn from fixing it?
What You Practiced¶
- How did working in a development environment compare to working in chat? What felt easier? What felt harder?
- Did the user stories you wrote during Lift 2 help you get started, or did you end up going a different direction? Why?
- How did you use the "What's Real, What's Fake?" audit from Lift 2? Did it serve as the roadmap we hoped, or did something else guide your priorities?
- Did you ever find yourself moving faster than you could verify? Was there a moment where AI said something was done but it didn't actually meet the requirement you had in mind?
How You Worked¶
- Now that you're in a shared project, did your team organize differently than in Run 1? Did anyone work on different parts at the same time?
- How did save and sync change the way you felt about experimenting? Were you more willing to try things knowing you could undo them?
Looking Ahead¶
- Think about how you've been prompting your AI coding assistant. Are there things you keep repeating — context about your project, your design decisions, who the app is for? What would change if your AI tool already knew all of that every time you started a conversation?
